BACCHANAL BUFFET REOPENS AT CAESARS PALACE
IN A NOTICEABLY BIG WAY

By Elaine & Scott Harris

Las Vegas is known worldwide for doing things big. As this renowned city reopens, its reputation is very much in place. Buffets have always been a “go-to” under the neon lights for decades! There are buffets, and then there is the Bacchanal Buffet at the landmark Caesars Palace. It is pretty pricy at $70 per person, but one can easily get your money’s worth and then some!

It seems like you walk forever, experiencing and dishing on Roman-style pizza and roaming dim sum carts as you wander around exploring nine kitchen stations. The familiar, mouthwatering dishes like chipotle bourbon BBQ oysters and duck carnitas quesadillas are still there; there are even 100 gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options as well. Travel the culinary world as you experience delightful Laotian, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese dishes.

Carving stations are always a big hit as guests can’t wait to pile their plates high with Prime Rib or whole sucking pig. New to the lineup, why not enjoy an Argentinian rotating grill as it’s smoked perfectly with white oak. Also new is chipotle grilled cherry quail, barbecue duck wings, and grilled quail. Of course, guests can’t get enough of delicious shrimp cocktails and plate after plate, trip after trip, of stone crab claws and all the king crab legs you desire. Don’t forget to save room for dessert! Let your sweet tooth loose, and your eyes wander, making it hard to choose amongst table after table of cakes, pies, and gelato.

After a 2.4-million-dollar upgrade, the Bacchanal shines brighter than ever. Nosh and enjoy everything from baba ghanoush, virgin sangrias, sushi, and king crab legs. There is something for anyone and everyone to enjoy. The buffet is open from 4 pm to 10 pm daily except Tuesday and Wednesday.
