Everything You Should Know About the New Culinary Festival Coming to Wynn Las Vegas
By Chanelle Hayes
Wynn Las Vegas, known for its collection of world-class restaurants and dining experiences, will make its mark in the culinary festival realm this summer with the debut of Revelry, an event co-produced by culinary innovator Elizabeth Blau.
Revelry, which follows The World’s 50 Best Restaurants event at Wynn Las Vegas on June 5, will bring some of the world’s best chefs, vintners, and mixologists together for four days (June 5-8) of innovative programming and curated events.
Unique dining experiences include a multi-course Chinese collaboration dinner with Wing Lei chef Xian Ming Yu and chefs from Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace, a modern Mediterranean collaboration dinner with chef and restaurateur Michael Symon and Delilah’s executive chef Joshua Smith, an all-star chefs tasting dinner hosted by Christopher Lee, vice president of culinary operations for Wynn Las Vegas, and an exclusive dinner featuring iconic chefs recognized by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Other events throughout the week include a mixology master class with Wynn Las Vegas resort mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini and award-winning mixologist Kate Gerwin, a celebrity chef golf tournament hosted by Thomas Keller, a master class and tasting with social media sensation and chef Yakitoriguy and a dessert-making experience with SW Steakhouse and Lakeside executive pastry chef Michael Outlaw.
Revelry will conclude with The Feast, a grand tasting event taking guests on an epicurean journey featuring four distinct culinary experiences: Four Sixes Ranch Country Cookout (prime cuts from Taylor Sheridan’s Four Sixes Ranch and barbecue specialties), Road to Tulum (coastal Mexican fare from Casa Playa chef Sarah Thompson), Casbah Marketplace (Mediterranean cuisine from Safta 1964 chef Alon Shaya), and Shibuya Crossing (Japanese street food, sushi and small dishes from Mizumi chef Jeff Ramsey), as well as specialty cocktails, wines, and craft brews. The Feast also offers a VIP option, which includes access to the four areas, early entry, reserved seating, butler-passed food, a private bar, sommelier wine selections, and admission to the afterparty at Intrigue. The event will also feature art installations and live entertainment.
Revelry is open to guests 21 and over. Ticket prices for each event vary. For more information or the complete list of events, visit www.lasvegasrevelry.com.
