As always, all of our multi-talented writers and staff have done an outstanding job in portraying what’s going on today in our glorious city and beyond. We continue to include articles about travel, food, fashion, music, design, and artists.

I’m always fascinated by what each issue of Chic Compass Magazine brings forth for our enjoyment. And this issue is no different in its diversity of talented artists of all kinds, writers sharing their travels, organizations doing us proud by helping others in need, new restaurants opening up, a new television channel available, and so much more.

As you read each piece, I believe that you will feel as I do, thinking how very blessed we are to live in a world filled with an abundance of inspiring people, events, and opportunities.

We’re very honored to showcase Tony Award Winner Ben Vereen, the famous American actor, dancer, and singer, on our front cover. He is a fantastic talent with a long history of successes, and you’ll be able to catch up with him in the featured article and learn what he’s up to now.

This time we travel to Japan, with three articles. One is a travel story, another is a love story, and the last one is about a new book now available in the United States— “The Power Wish Book,” written by Keiko, the number one astrologer of Japan.

During this time of COVID-19, when so many people are hungry and in need, it is reassuring to know that we have many non-profits here in Las Vegas who are giving a helping hand to those who need it. One of them is the amazing Three Square, the non-profit feeding an increasing number of people who would otherwise go hungry each day. Another is The Good Deed Project providing interior renovations for deserving people. Their articles explain more of what they do.

Again, we have the talented photographer, Jaime Lim, showcasing two top models wearing magnificent creations and caught in poses only he can produce. Their beauty is breath-taking.

There are always hidden “treasures” in what you take away from reading Chic Compass Magazine. I can’t wait for you to see what we have waiting for you inside this edition. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did to create it for you.
