An extraordinary night in Las Vegas usually starts with an unforgettable meal, and Mae Daly's Fine Steaks & Whiskeys has found the ideal way to begin the evening. Recently celebrating its second anniversary, the steakhouse has launched a three-course pre-theater dinner for visitors attending shows at The Smith Center, the Arts District or the Strip. Available exclusively from 5 to 6 p.m. (with a 5 p.m. reservation), the curated menu delivers an elevated dining experience for $89 per person.

Mae Daly’s Fine Steaks & Whiskeys offers a charcoal-grilled steak, sliced and ready to be enjoyed before the show
"Our goal was to create a dining experience that allows guests to enjoy a complete steakhouse meal without feeling rushed before a show," said proprietor Richard Femenella. "Whether you're attending the theater or simply looking for an earlier dinner, this menu showcases some of our favorite dishes."
The culinary journey begins with a choice of two signature salads. Guests can opt for the vibrant Mae Daly's Chopped Salad, featuring romaine, bacon, pecorino Romano, artichokes, roasted peppers, cherry peppers, Kalamata olives, boiled eggs, Italian salami, pickled vegetables and Champagne vinaigrette. Those seeking a timeless favorite can enjoy the Traditional Caesar Salad, prepared with crisp romaine hearts, Parmigiano-Reggiano, rosemary-garlic focaccia croutons and classic Caesar dressing.

The entree selection offers something for every palate. Choices include Mary's Farm Half Chicken, roasted with herbs and served alongside rosemary natural jus, or Faroe Island Salmon, pan-seared or broiled and finished with a delicate lemongrass beurre blanc. Vegetarian diners will appreciate the creamy Mushroom Risotto, prepared with wild mushrooms and Marcona almonds. Steak enthusiasts can savor an 8-ounce Prime Filet Mignon, slowly wet-aged for exceptional tenderness and rich flavor.
Each entree is accompanied by two side dishes, with selections including crispy shoestring or steak fries served with garlic aioli and house-made ketchup, creamy mashed potatoes, traditional creamed spinach or charred corn on the cob topped with marrow butter, feta cheese and lime crema.
Dessert provides a memorable finale, with a choice between classic New York-style cheesecake, baked slowly with premium all-natural ingredients, or decadent chocolate mousse cake.

Lounge guests can indulge in $12 cheeseburger platters, $12 specialty cocktails, 50% off wines by the glass, $5 domestic beers, $7 import beers and premium California cabernet wines at half price, encouraging visits after shows or during leisure time.
Femenella, a veteran restaurateur with more than 25 years of executive leadership in the hospitality industry, describes Mae Daly's as more than a traditional steakhouse.
That philosophy extends beyond the dining room. Femenella is especially proud of developing a vocational work program for adults with autism interested in careers in the restaurant industry, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to meaningful community engagement.
