I always loved listening & watching her perform. I first saw Marlene doing her show in one of those lounges, you could not help but stop and listen to her, her charisma and that beautiful voice. Marlene belonged in the big show rooms back then, but I was glad it gave me the opportunity to enjoy her shows, when I came into town. Later I became friends with Marlene & Jim. I haven’t seen them for some years, but I would call them every so once in awhile. Marlene & Jim are the best and I am so glad to have gotten to know them, they are both very talented and one of the nicest people I have the pleasure of knowing. Marlene, so glad you are singing again and I hope to see you & Jim at one of your future shows. Love you both.
