NEW SALT ROOM EXPERIENCE IN SW LAS VEGAS NEAR SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS

Las Vegas’ choice for salt wellness therapy, The Salt Room,  has added a third location to its roster at 10680 Dean Martin Dr., Bldg. 4 Ste. 100, Las Vegas, NV 89141, in the retail spaces at KAKTUSlife. The new location, near Southern Highlands just off I-15 and Cactus Ave., joins the flagship The Salt Room in Summerlin and the company’s second successful location in Henderson.

The Salt Room KAKTUSlife adds an intimate salt cave, with their signature Arches design and luxurious chairs, to accommodate a private retreat for two. This location also offers massages, facials, and body treatments. Their strategic geographic locations allow the guests to utilize their membership throughout the valley (NW, SE, & now SW).

“Since opening our first Salt Room location in 2014, many residents throughout the valley have fully embraced the benefits of salt therapy,” said The Salt Room founder/operator Ava Mucikyan. “We hope that by expanding into the southwest, more locals will take advantage of the best self-care membership in town, which allows clients to receive monthly massages and facials and experience the tranquil salt caves and halotherapy while taking advantage of the new place for a quiet respite to unplug and de-stress.”

For many, salt therapy offers all-natural relief for skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema and a range of respiratory ailments, including sinus infections, asthma, allergies, and bronchitis. The therapy rooms at The Salt Room are designed to provide guests with a drug-free, holistic experience while recreating the microclimate of a salt cave.

Salt therapy, also commonly known as Halotherapy, includes relaxing in a “salt cave” and breathing micro particles of pharmaceutical salt air for a 45-minute session, which equals three days by the beach. The cave walls are made of Himalayan salt bricks, while the floor is covered in Himalayan salt pebbles. Caves can accommodate multiple guests at one time.

While many Salt Room customers seek treatment for health conditions, others simply enjoy the health benefits while relaxing in the cave’s quiet, comfortable chairs and spa-like atmosphere.

The Salt Room also hosts crystal bowl and other mindfulness and meditation classes throughout the month inside the salt caves.

Guests can bring the salt experience into their own home with The Salt Room’s signature unique hand-made retail products made from pure Himalayan salt for purchase, such as salt scrubs, moisturizers, aromatherapy bath salts, salt shot glasses, lamps, blocks, and more. The Salt Room also offers custom home salt feature designs, from accent walls to fireplaces and headboards.
