When I walked into the Smith Center on July 14th for the media members event, I couldn’t believe it had been almost 16 months since being at my “home away from home.” I felt my heart skip a beat as I walked onto the stage where the “Heart of the Arts”® has stayed quiet with just the ghost light illuminating the stage all this time.
Temma Keatan Hammond was born in Hollywood, to famous parents, and spent her childhood playing in the movie studios her parents owned. One way or another, Temma has been involved in the entertainment industry her entire life.
When Three Square launched in 2007, it had one mission: To provide wholesome food to hungry people while passionately pursuing a hunger-free community. Its first year in operation provided over 10 million pounds of food to Southern Nevada residents, a ten-fold increase over a former county food bank.
