Cancun - The Magic of Xcaret and Lagunamar

I can’t believe it took us so many years to visit Cancun finally, but I am glad we did! A lot of cities these days seem to have some drama going on, and Cancun gets its fair share of press regarding this situation. Fortunately, we had nothing but excellent service, caring staff, friendly local encounters, and a fabulous time!

The Magnificence of Maui

Maui is our home away from home … at least for a couple of weeks each year. One side of Maui reminds me of our own home in the desert as you drive down the highway and look to one side and see nothing but red rocks and dry landscaping and then look to the other side of the road and see that gorgeous emerald, blue ocean welcoming us back to the island.

Memories of Japan

If a trip to Japan is not yet on your travel bucket list, we cannot encourage you enough to add it to the list and then do it. It will provide you with new and once-in-a-lifetime experiences that you will be able to re-live over and over again.

Memories of Paris

Paris was the trip I had dreamt of since I was a young designer. For almost two decades, I had listened to the who’s who of interior design discuss their experiences of wandering Les Puces (the fleas) and the textiles discovered during the exclusive launch at Deco Off. The time had come - 2020 was my year!
