In 2021, they purchased the classic Tudor \u201cJack Price\u201d home \u2014 a former downtown haberdasher to Vegas VIPs \u2014 in the John S. Park neighborhood and vowed to preserve its original character. The intimate garden party also featured \u201cwhimsical teas\u201d crafted by Bar Boheme mixologist Jonah Gibbs.<\/p>\n<p>It was speakeasy-inspired, complete with a password (\u201cHold on to your teacups!\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re trying to make presenting history fun,\u201d Figanbaum said. \u201cEvents are interactive, and at our Bootleggers in the Garden, you learn about John S. Guests, dressed in \u201980s attire, experienced \u201ca rare setting that has remained largely unchanged since the late 1970s.\u201d\u00a0 (You must check out the couch pit!)<\/p>\n<p>At the 127-acre property with its bell tower, attendees sipped Salty Dogs, went on a scavenger hunt (I loved the decades-old Holly Oak tree), strolled the grounds where B.B. King once lived and danced to early \u201980s pop tunes. (Another site I didn\u2019t know existed!)<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><h3>Vintage Vegas Home Tour 2026<\/h3>\n<p>And finally, this is what patient vintage history fans wait for every year. This is a self-driving, open-house-style tour through a lucky seven houses that have never been shown before, each with different styles from previous decades.<\/p>\n<p>I didn\u2019t get to all of the homes because I never wanted to leave!<\/p>\n<p>There was the Paradise Palms Green House, aka \u201cthe \u201980s house,\u201d which the owner restored to its midcentury charm.
