Dr. Anthony Fauci was my attending physician\/teaching doctor when I rotated through Infectious Disease at the National Institute of Health (NIH) while an Internal Medicine Resident Physician at Georgetown University Hospital in 2002 before I became a Board Certified Dermatologist.\u00a0 During my time at NIH, I worked extra hard and learned a ton because Dr. Fauci was so well regarded and so bright, that I didn\u2019t want to disappoint him.\u00a0 Interestingly, my father also had Dr. Fauci as his supervising physician when he rotated through NIH.\u00a0 My time at NIH formed some of my beliefs listed below and changed the way I practice medicine.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, both in late December and around the Martin Luther King Day Holiday I was very sick with fever and persistent cough.\u00a0 Because I suspected exposure to COVID-19, I had blood work performed, and on 4\/24\/2020 my results demonstrated that I had IgG antibodies to SARS COV2.\u00a0 There is a lot of debate about what the antibody test means, but as I understand it through my training and my own experience- I had COVID-19, I was sick, I made antibodies to the virus, and I didn\u2019t die.\u00a0 As a result of having survived this Coronavirus infection, I should continue to have IgG antibodies and therefore immunity from this particular virus for some time- we can debate how long that period of time is- weeks, months, years, lifetime, etc. and we can debate if those antibodies in my plasma are effective at fighting off another strain of the Coronavirus, but I should be immune.<\/p>\n

The current COVID-19 Coronavirus timeline is off, and it is my belief that a lot of us had the infection in Las Vegas around the time of Consumer Electronic Show (CES)...lots of us were sick with a mystery illness in Vegas at the beginning of the year and through the Super Bowl! \u00a0Las Vegas is an international city and we need to check for herd immunity as Universal blood serology IgG & IgM testing will help shine a light on the truth. \u00a0It is my belief that health officials and the WHO are scaring people when they say that being infected does not grant a person immunity as their claims go against my understanding of the body\u2019s response to most viral infectious diseases.\u00a0 It is imperative that we test everyone in the state who believes that they have been exposed and that we gain an understanding of the true numbers of people who have been affected.\u00a0 The test I had performed was by Quest and is the \u201cSARS COV2 Test 39504 CPT 86769\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
