You have to love synchronicity!<\/p>\n

While we were working on two stories having to do with Japan for our spring issue of Chic Compass magazine, we received an e-mail from Keiko\u2019s representative regarding her upcoming book in the U.S., \u201cThe Power Wish.\u201d She wanted to know if we would possibly be interested in featuring Keiko\u2019s book in our magazine.<\/p>\n

Of course, the book\u2019s title was enough to draw us in to see what it was all about. We were also curious to learn more about the author, Keiko, an astrologer and best-selling author in Japan, with her fortune-boosting method called \u201cLunalogy.\u201d Her book touts that with Keiko as your astrological coach, you don\u2019t merely wait for the Universe to fulfill your dreams but become actively involved in charting a path for your life\u2014in finding the love, happiness, and success you\u2019ve always desired.<\/p>\n

I couldn\u2019t wait to learn more about her, and where it all began, so I asked:\u00a0When you were growing up in Yamagata, Japan, was spirituality and astrology part of your family\u2019s daily lives?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keiko: \u201cNo one in my family understands astrology, nor is there anyone who is especially spiritual. My father and my older brother are extremely logical doctors, and they are quite skeptical of anything that lacks evidence. On the other hand, my mother is the exact opposite. She is very sensitive to vibrations and energy and is the type of person who catches information from invisible things. She is incredibly intuitive and naturally judges things with her instinct rather than with her head. So, in that respect, my mother is spiritual.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>

How old were you when you first got involved in astrology?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keiko: \u201cEver since I was a little girl, I\u2019ve had a natural connection with the Universe. When I was six years old, I could read astrology charts and horoscopes without anyone teaching me. It was just a gift that I was born with.\u201d<\/p>\n

How did you get to be the leading astrologer in Japan?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keiko: \u201cEventually, after leaving my job at the largest advertising company in Japan, I started writing horoscopes and sharing them on my blog and newsletter. Before I knew it, I had tens of thousands of followers, and they began to ask me if I could teach them the logic behind my readings. However, traditional astrology can be very complicated so, I wanted to find a way to simplify it so that anyone could learn and use it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s when I thought of the Moon. It\u2019s the closest celestial body to the earth, and it also helps explain 80% of all astrological events. That is why I decided to base my teaching on the Moon and call it \u201cLunalogy.\u201d It is a group of simple yet powerful methods that teach you how to live with the Moon\u2019s cycles and boost your fortune so that you can easily create your best life.<\/p>\n
